Poor customer service

I will NOT recommend DoorDash! I accept constantly had one problem after another with customer service. They exercise Not value their customers. It pretty much took an act of Congress to become credit back from an order. Keeping in mind that I had all forms of proof. The representatives were VERY rude. I fifty-fifty asked to speak or be contacted to a manger/supervisor—I NEVER received a call or email.

I was sent a coupon for $x off $25 with an expiration engagement of vi/fourteen. I endeavor to use the lawmaking on my society earlier the expiration appointment and information technology said that the coupon is expired.
I have screenshots of the code sent and the message received when I tried to use it. Contacted customer service and sent them this information and the only thing they said they could practise was credit my doordash account After I placed an order! This is not right. I was told that it couldn't be given to me for my current order because they had no proof that information technology wasn't used, I sent them the screenshot of it proverb the coupon was expired besides equally my coupon with the expiration date and nevertheless was given no kind of help!
I'1000 furious at the situation at this indicate, no one even tried to help me even though what I said fabricated perfect sense and the admitted it was a system error!
Never again will doordash be getting whatever of my money. I will write this review on every possible outlet I can find, I promise a $ten credit was worth the bad publicity.

I haven't had the aforementioned problems as others on here, my bug are more just annoyances than existent issues.

The biggest problem I have with doordash is the times delivery system.

I made a few separate orders to all arrive here at 9am, wanting to suprise my family unit with breakfast.

The orders got here the following times.

If I wanted my food before 9, I would have set the order to eight:00 AM

Now the suprise is ruined and the get-go commitment is cold.

Aside from that, the app is a piffling difficult to navigate, and several restaurants seem to have huge chunks of their menus missing.

Doordash doesn't even deserve the one star. Ordered the nutrient and so get a text with a picture saying it's been delivered.....to the wrong firm. Call the restaurant and got the number for doordash only to become an automatic recording saying they are non accepting customer calls at the moment. I called the number they text me from and it goes direct to voicemail. Thinking they blocked my number bc I text them that it was the wrong house earlier I tried calling, I then chosen off my husbands phone and information technology said that was no longer a working number. So, with no way at all of getting ahold of the company or driver to get my food or $twoscore dollars back my husband was lucky to find it on a neighbors porch 3 or 4 houses down the road. I will NEVERRRRRRRR apply them over again.

I always used door dash, today I was about to place an lodge for 10$. After taxation commitment and tip it was somehow 26$. So I ordered it on uber eats and the same exact guild was 13$. Door Nuance is the WORST!!

Door Dash is the WORST!!! Drivers DON'T know how to follow directions...they leave the order at the Incorrect address 90% of the fourth dimension and WON'T refund your money... they will on give a credit. They don't even notify you or the person. When they deliver the food. I will NEVER use them once again!!!

No client service support, no manner to go my order corrected which came wrong, no ane takes responsibility for being completely incompetent. The restaurant wants yous to contact them. There is NO WAY to contact them. They say there is merely at that place is NOT!!! I know now why then many restaurants are stopping their service. They don't care or they would have a way of supporting the Client. A Client is the person who pays for their food and trusted your service upwardly until now.

They have terrible driver's. They refused to deliver to my door because he couldn't find my pedagogy on how to my condo. He yelled at me told me to simply come and selection it up.


THE WORST Visitor You Will EVER Run across!

I wish I could give them nada stars. Past far the worst company I have ever come up into contact with. I will NEVER be using their platform or delivery services again. Their driver delivered my nutrient 30 mins belatedly. It was cold and smushed like he put something heavy on top of it. And he put the doordash order stickers ON MY Machine!! I contacted doordash to file a complaint and receive a refund. For two weeks I was given the runaround passed back and forth between representatives. Finally I was told I'd receive 100% refund, only Information technology NEVER CAME. I waited three weeks for my refund, so contacted doordash inquiring when I'd exist receiving it. They told me they had no case for me on file and to contact doordash directly to file a merits! This was an e-mail from their directly support email telling me I'd have to email their back up e-mail!! What?!? And then then I contact them through a back up chat box. During that conversation they tell me everything they told me in the emails was wrong and that I'd have to contact the merchant directly to receive a refund. I ask why I was promised a refund if they couldn't refund me straight, and they simply ignore my question. Repeatedly. 7 times I asked that question. 7 times I got ignored. THE WORST Visitor YOU Will E'er Run across!


DON'T Utilise DOOR DASH. LIERS AND THIEFS

Th nosotros had the worst doordash experience ever, food ordered at 9pm. Information technology was supposed to come at 10, doordash lied and said it was coming at 1130 they scammed me, took my money and only refunded a portion to doordash credits. Spent 90, got 60 back in credits with no food.

Customer support said they could do cypher and to leave feedback here. I would too like an order receipt request. They deleted my order to hide the show.

Disgusting, never utilize this service. Uber eats is better. I had the doordash for a few months. Cancelled, would never utilize once more. The support they use is outsourced and doesn't even know how to exercise their task properly.


Don't leave deliveries upward against outward opening screen doors

When will they teach delivery drivers the screen doors open outward and if y'all place the commitment up against the door, the client tin can't open the door. Nigh 50% of deliveries these days have drivers who don't requite even a moments thought near the i task they were hired to do. If your complaint doesn't fit one of their 4 categories and then you are out of luck.

I have over 100 orders from DoorDash and have had the dashpass for about a year, and in the final month is been nonstop bug. Nutrient missing, scumbag drivers stealing my food, drivers not listening to delivery directions, drivers leaving it at my neighbors house across the street and 5 houses down, but to lookout man their security cameras and someone stole it from their porch, orders left on the sidewalk in front end of my house, common cold food, etc. Its been admittedly horrible, and then today we decide to attempt one more time and see a local business organisation coupon and decide to try and use it, and of course it doesn't work. Cancelled my dashpass, and I'm done with this service. Would never recommend.


Absolutely hopeless and won't exist using door dash once more

Placed one order tonight without an issue. For the second order I wanted to place they asked for a 2nd credit card to verify my identity. Despite entering the details half a dozen times I wasn't able to place the order as I received a repeated message that my credit card billing address was incomplete - and nonetheless somehow I didn't have that problem with the 1st credit card. At present have food being delivered for 1 member of the family merely not the residual - well maybe, the 1st gild is now well and truly overdue. I contacted the chat line for aid but they're unable to help and have told me information technology will need to be escalated and dealt with via email later. Plainly I won't be bothering and will employ a competitor next time.

I'thou disabled & my niece bought me dinner for my birthday, had it delivered by doordash. There's a big sign on my backstairs saying, "Deliveries Please Bring to Front Door, Cheers!" (neighborhood dogs run around dorsum there & are chancy plus it'south much less accessible to me), I was listening for a knock just 45min afterwards my niece called asking if I'd ever got my meal, I said no. She explained she'd been in the bath, just got out to find a voicemail from doordash saying the commuter left the meal exterior a door with a sign most deliveries on it. (um... REALLY?!? XD)
And so I hobble back there to find my dinner is a feast for the dogs. When I text contact doordash (The customer support from online number says they can merely talk to restaurants, no customers) they told me information technology's not on my business relationship so they can do zip unless my niece calls. My niece called the number csr Ed gave me (the same ane I tried that won't talk to customers btw) & they told her since information technology's 'no contact' delivery information technology's not their fault & were no help at all.

I'll be calling the eating house & letting them know I'll never eat their food as long every bit they do business with Doordash.
